Advance 6187 pattern from 1952 features dirndl dress with optional ruffle and piping trims, short sleeves or puffed sleeves, sash and fringed kerchief.
Size child 4, breast 23.
Pattern is unprinted, complete and in very good condition. Envelope has a rip to back side and some edge wear.
All sewing patterns and items that I list are original and individually inspected, with condition and completeness carefully noted. Sewing patterns include instruction sheet and yardage chart, unless stated differently above.
