The envelope is in good condition for its age. Includes plastic protective sleeve.

Back buttoned dress with three-gore gathered skirt and side tied poncho.
Applique on bodice front of dress is cut from print fabric of organdy lined poncho or other fabric.
Dress has corded piping in front waist line seam; seam ends of back buttoned belt are sewn in bodice side seam.
Elbow length se-in sleeves are gathered into a bias binding; two price collar.
Gathered net petticoat is stitched into waistline seam of dress; lower edge is finished with double fold bias tape.
