Here is an antique girls' bishop dress with a smocking option.
You are buying a COPY of this antique dress.
I have hand traced the pieces and added the notches and perforations as seen.  This is a WW 1 era child's dress pattern.
It only has 5 pieces.   The neck area can be smocked or gathered. The sleeve length can be short or long.
The skirt part is very full.   The dress is sized for a
2 year old
. However, the style allows you to make the pattern fit a 3 or,4, year old by adjusting the fullness and sleeve length.
