Here is a dress that a working girl would have worn to the office in the 1930's.
You are buying a COPY of this original pattern.
This dress will fit
a 36 inch bust, hips 38.
This style dress would have been worn to go shopping or out to lunch. Just add gloves and a hat for a stylish Art Deco period dress.
I have hand traced 7 of the old fragile tissue pieces.
I have added perforations and notches as seen on the original pieces. You will get a copy of the instructions.
Piece # 8 is for the gathered flare on the sleeve. It was lost years ago.
** In this time period the instructions were not very detailed or illustrated for a novice seamstress. Experience would be helpful in sewing this dress.
