Q1: My percussion pad doesn't work properly. When I hit the pad 6, the pad 9 mistriggers, how can I make it work fine?
A: Firstly, please make sure PD705 pad has been placed in stable status to avoid crosstalk. Secondly, please check if the pad 6 also trigger when hit the pad 9. If these two pads don't mistrigger each other, please adjust the 6 to a lower sensitivity, and adjust the 9 to a higher sensitivity.
Q2: Why the computer couldn't detect this pad? Is any driver required?
A: Normally, PD705 Percussion Pad doesn't require any extra driver to connect with DAW software. But some computers may meet code 10 Error which is a common driver error in Win 10. Please follow some suggestions on Macrosoft Community to fix it or you can try to connect this pad with another pc. If these suggestions still don't fix this issue, we suggest that you can use BM-A01 adapter to build a wireless bluetooth connection between the pad and pc.
