Reclaimed 48" Vintage Oak Wood Coat Rack with 6 antique insulator hooks RUSTIC

This listing is for a beautiful reclaimed wood coat rack, made of vintage reclaimed barn wood. It has a lovely weathered gray/white patina and wonderful surface detailing.  The 6 coat hooks are made of gorgeous coffee brown glazed antique porcelain insulators. Each one is unique and look as if they were handmade. I think the wood might be oak, its is very dense and sturdy.  The rich brown glaze looks fantastic next to the silvery gray white of the wood (my opinion) The reclaimed and rescued wood has been carefully cleaned and treated and sealed to keep its aged look.  This board was chosen because of its unique personality which includes knot holes and cracks. To help make sure the board does not  split or fall apart further and to give you years and years of enjoyment, epoxy has been  used in it's cracks and the back reinforced with  strips of metal. The insulator hooks have been epoxyed into place for excellent stability. This one of a kind coat rack is 48.5 inches wide from tip to tip and 8 inches high, also it is just shy of being 1 inch thick. Each insulator hook is alittle under 2.5 inches long and just about 1.5 inches wide. This is big and heavy and thats why there is only local pick up being offered.  This coat rack will need to be screwed into wall studs in your residence for use. This is not being offered with mounting hardware but if necessary I could give you a few nice long screws to hang it with. Please inspect the photos closely. The coats pictured are only for scale/reference and do not come with the coat rack. This was made in the USA.
