Vintage Simplicity pattern to sew dresses and a bag ~ this pattern is for Girls/Child size 4 breast measurement 23" ~ the pattern is cut and complete, with most pieces having pin holes, some having tears etc. ~ the instruction sheet has age toning, and the envelope has damage, staining and tears ~ this pattern is #7454 from 1967 ~ it also has a vintage musty odor
