Vintage Simplicity pattern to sew blouses ~ this pattern is for Girls/Child size 7 breast measurement 26" ~ the pattern is cut and complete, with most pieces having pin holes, some having tears etc. ~ the instruction sheet has age toning, and the envelope has damage, staining and tears ~ this pattern is #9478 from 1971 ~ it also has a vintage musty odor
