Fabric will need a soak for any Very Very Slight Storage Stains all have been stored in Craft Room...I have not checked patterns for completeness but feel the previous owner would have replace each piece for future use...Paper items have the usual slight bent corners, slight tear, original price marks, Scuff to Covers, might have writing and Yellowing from age..
