Described as jean tops, this vintage 1974 copyright McCall’s 4265
printed
pattern is girl’s size 12 for 30 chest, 25½ waist, and 32 hip.
Top with back tie belt has front square or low round neckline and flared sleeves or armhole ruffle. Trims vary, such as rick rack and button, ruffling and lace, or purchased appliqués.
