This is a vintage McCall's sewing pattern number 7772 in a size child's small.  They are for the Star Wars characters Yoda, Jawa, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, and Darth Vader.  The pattern is uncut and factory folded complete with instructions.  The envelope has some tattering.
